In order to place you correctly in the swim seed, you must know your approximate swim time for 400M. 10:00 minutes…5:00 minutes? Whatever it is, please be as close as real as you can, for your enjoyment during the swim and the enjoyment of your fellow froggies. You will be asked your swim time upon registration online. To all those participating in the Dam 09 Triathlon on Aug. 23rd. We are aware of the construction going on at the intersection of Devine Road and Dick Friedrich Road. We have spoken with the construction crew and have been assured that the intersection will be completed by next Saturday and it will be cleaned up.
Devine Road will most likely be closed, and that will be to the benefit of our cyclists! We Got This!!
