Soler’s Fit Speed and Strength Training Program
Begins April 18th and runs through May 30th

6 Week Speed and Strength Training Program
It looks like SPRING has SPRUNG out there! Time to bring your sneakers out of hibernation, and join us for our 6 week Speed and Strength training program! This program will have tempo runs, track & strength workouts and maybe a few hills. So if you want to stay in shape or start getting in shape for some early summer races come out and join us.
This program is also perfect for those who want to start training before our larger Soler’s Fit /USA Fit San Antonio training season begins on June 20th.

Soler’s Sports Alamo Heights 7:30 am
Soler’s Sports Helotes 7:30 am
Soler’s Sport Stone Oak 7:30 am
Tuesday
Alamo Heights Track Location TBD
Brandeis High School Track 6:30 pm
Reagan High School Track 6:30 pm
